Fun baby shower games are always a great way to get guests that might not know each other laughing and talking to one another. And even better if the interactive game isn’t hard or cost money!
So today we have baby shower bingo cards, and not just a few printable cards, but 30 different printable game cards.
These free printables are multi-colored (blue, yellow, and pink color), so they are perfect for both a boy baby shower and a girl baby shower (any color scheme really!).

How to Use Baby Shower Bingo Cards

The PDF includes a set of 30 game sheets and a caller card. There are two 5×7 cards on each page that have words in each square (no blank bingo cards).
Once you’ve downloaded the free baby shower bingo game PDF, print off as many pages as you need depending on how many baby shower guests you have.
You can either print the neutral baby shower games on regular printer paper or you can print on cardstock for a little sturdier game card.
You’ll need to cut the pages in half. I always recommend using a paper trimmer since it makes the edges of the player card nice and straight.
The best part of this game is that you don’t need much. Really you could just give everyone a pencil to mark off the baby items that are called or opened or you can hand out a game piece set for everyone.
Cute game piece ideas:
- buttons
- diaper pins
- Hershey kisses or other small candy
- M&Ms
- bingo chips
- individual dabs or stamps
- other small items that match your baby shower theme
Then you have a few different options on how to play baby shower bingo.
- Use the game during gift opening. The majority of the words on the bingo cards are potential baby shower gifts. As the expectant mother opens her gifts, each guest will mark or add a game piece to X that square out. Some clues can be related to baby gifts, like burp for burp cloths and lullaby for a book or a picture frame with a lullaby. Whatever you want the rules to be!
- There is also a caller card included with the free printable bingo cards. Cut out the squares with the baby word inside, fold them up, and put them in a hat or bowl. If there are young girls at the shower, they would love to pull out the papers and call out the word.
The first person that gets 5 across, down, or diagonal (can include free space) is the winner and calls out BINGO and gets a cute prize! I’d make sure to have enough prizes in case there are multiple winners at the same time.
