Looking for some more free printables to use at a holiday party or Christmas dinner? Today I have an easy game that is so much fun and if you are as old as I am, might remember playing a lot as a child (it was the best game, right??!!).
Before the days of computers and mobile devices, we had to play some classic games with just pencil and paper. I remember so many good times of playing mad libs with my friends!
Mad Libs are perfect for kids of all ages and are a fun game to play anytime during the Christmas season. Plus they are a great way to teach students about different parts of speech while everyone is having a good laugh!
All you need is a printer, paper, and a pencil!
There is no physical product, just a digital item ( like our other free printable Christmas games) of the word game to download at the bottom of the post.

How to Play Mad Libs Game
As I mentioned in our baby shower mad libs, there are a few ways to play mad libs with a large group, depending on how many guests you have.
You can play in groups of two. One person will hold the mad lib and ask the other person for the part of speech that the sheet asks for.
Once the person answers, the first person writes in the missing words.
Then after the entire mad lib is complete, the first person reads back the hilarious story that was created!
Or if you have a big group, kids or adults can all yell out answers and the person writing in the missing word can decide which one to use. Really you can play however you want!
