When you download any of my files, it is licensed for personal use only. You may use the files to create items for personal use or cute gifts as many times as you like with no additional cost.
If you make and sell any hand-crafted items using my files, you need to purchase a commercial license. With the purchase of this commercial license it enables small business owners to use one of the free cut files on my blog:

This commercial use license applies to only ONE file you intend to use in projects for sale. Two files require the purchase of two separate licenses; three require the purchase of three licenses, etc.
You can update the quantity on the checkout page.
Occasionally I will offer bundle prices.
You will NOT get downloads to each cut file, or any file immediately after you purchase this license. You must go to the post and download the file from there. This is just a license that will enable you to make and sell anything you want from my cut files!
Under NO circumstances may you share, sell, or otherwise redistribute the actual digital files in their original format.
Cut files may not be incorporated into trademarks or logos.
I retain all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the cut files.
