How to Edit Elephant Baby Shower Invitation
When you click on the download button below for the free printable baby shower invitations, they will download in a PDF format.
You’ll need Adobe Acrobat to edit the invite. Most computers already have Adobe Acrobat, but if you don’t you can download it here.
The elephant theme printable invitation should automatically open up in Adobe Acrobat and look like this.
The faint blue boxes are what you can edit. Simply click on the box and your cursor should pop up. Type in the expectant mother’s name on the top line.
Then click on each additional blue box to change the details of the baby shower. All of the text colors, font colors, and fonts are fixed, you can only change the words inside the box.
Once everything is changed, you can either click on Save As (disk icon on upper right side) or print right from that screen.
If you are printing the editable template at home, you will have to use your own printer settings to size and pick the paper size. The size of the invitation is 5×7 inches.
So if you are printing on a regular 8.5 x 11 size paper go to your printer settings and Scale to “Actual Size” it will change to 5×7.
Or if you are printing on 5×7 or 4×6 inch white card stock, change the Paper Size to match your paper and the Scale to Fit to printable area.

For an extra pop of color you can mount the invitation on coordinating cardstock or make a bunch of matching elephant favor boxes and cupcake toppers!
Then insert them into envelopes and mail the cute invitations out to family members and friends!
