Instant download of free printable teacher appreciation tags to use during teacher appreciation week! Cute gift tag for small gifts or a gift card.
We are quickly approaching the end of the school year, which means Teacher Appreciation is almost here. If you’ve been around my blog for a while, you’ll know I was Teacher Appreciation co-coordinator for four years while my kids were in elementary school.
I had so much fun making thoughtful gifts and cute printables to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Day for the wonderful teachers at our school. I do miss those days when I got to be super creative!
As my youngest was going through those younger grades, I started to search for free printables instead of coming up with my own creative ideas. So if you are anything like I was during those years, you are looking for some free printable gift tags to add to teacher gifts to check it off your list.
So today I have a set of three different teacher gift tags to use for your favorite teacher! Adding a cute little card or note from your child is the perfect way to honor our teacher’s hard work.
There is no physical product, just a digital file of the free printable teacher appreciation gift tags as a free download below.

All three printable teacher gift tags are on one printable PDF. I’d recommend printing the tags on white cardstock and best quality so they are sturdy.
Use a pair of scissors to cut along the lines of each tag.
Use a hole punch and ribbon to attach the small gift tag to little gifts.
Some great gifts for teachers include bags of chocolate or their favorite candy bars (have them fill out a favorite things worksheet so you know!), school supplies, a tote bag, homemade jam, or any other personal gifts you can think of.
I did a survey of all of the teachers at our school one year (read all about what teachers want here), and their favorite things to receive were a gift card and personal note from their students.
So the second of the free teacher appreciation gift tags is a card that you can attach a gift card to (Amazon or Starbucks is perfect for Teacher’s Day!).
You can also attach the cute “Happy Teacher’s Day” sentiment to the top of any of the teacher tags.
Then the last free printable tag is an easy fill in card. This is an easy way for your child to write a cute note for their special teacher.
They simply need to fill in why they are the best teacher, what their favorite thing about their teacher is, and what they helped them learn.
Using the template is a great way to get your kid’s involved in celebrating their teacher and to add that extra personal touch!
Use all three free gift tags or just one, totally up to you! Check child’s teacher gift off your neverending to-do list!
