If you or your kids are a fans of the new Pixar film, Inside Out 2, then you are in luck today!
The new Inside Out movie was released this year and it is so cute! My husband and I even went on a date night together to watch it without the kids, lol!
If you haven’t seen the original Inside Out, you should! Both movies make for a great family movie night. The movies follow the world of emotions of the main character, Riley Andersen.
The original Inside Out only had five different emotions, including joy, sadness, anger, fear, and disgust. The second movie brings back those favorite characters along with the main emotion of the teenage years, anxiety (along with some of her friends!).
So today’s activity sheets have all hand-drawn images of the previous and new emotions that your students or children can color with all sorts of different colors.
And as a bonus, coloring sheets are a great way to keep your kiddos busy over school breaks or on weekends or as a way to countdown to a Disney trip!

Up first is the most famous emotion from the first movie, Joy.
All of the Inside Out characters have a sheet all to their own.
Ennui is such a teenage emotion! Pretty much beans “blah”, bored and tired.
I have a thirteen year old, so we know all of these emotions too well.
The new character, Anxiety, has a big role in the movie and I absolutely adore how they incorporated it and dealt with it.
