I am sensitive to a ton of different foods and it seems like coffee is one of those things that doesn’t make me food good, but it doesn’t always stop me from drinking it.

And it definitely doesn’t stop me from making some free coffee SVG files for you all. Last month we shared teacher SVG files, but this month I teamed up with some of my SVG designer friends to bring you 15 coffee quotes SVG files for free.

A few months ago I shared with you my free coffee cup gift card holder SVG file but this time I’m giving you a funny coffee quote. I’m sure for a lot of you Life really doesn’t begin until after coffee, I know it doesn’t for my husband!

permanent adhesive vinyl
transfer tape
Cricut cutting machine – Cricut Explore Air 2, Cricut Maker, or the Cricut Joy

Ways to Cut out an SVG File

Any Cricut machine or other SVG vinyl cutting machine like a Silhouette Cameo or Brother would work to cut out this SVG file. If you’d like to learn more about the different Cricut machines, make sure to check out the following posts:

Making a Mug with Coffee SVG File

The first thing you’ll want to do is download the design files from the download button below.

Once you’ve downloaded the free coffee SVG file below, upload into Cricut Design Space. (If you need more help with CDS, make sure to check out my Design Space 101 video tutorials!)

Size it to fit on your mug. Cut it out of adhesive permanent vinyl. Use transfer tape to apply it to a clean mug.

Make a few coffee mugs and give to friends!

As a reminder, all of my FREE SVG files are for personal use only (to use for personal projects, not to sell). Please click here to purchase a commercial use license if you want to use the files to sell items.

There is no physical product, only a digital download file of the free coffee cut files.

The digital files will download in a zipped folder. There will be a set of digital products in five different file formats.

Simply extract all the files from the zip file to access the individual file type: SVG file, DXF file, EPS file, JPG format, and PNG file (PNG formats have a transparent background). No PDF files.

If you are working with a Cricut cutting machine, Cricut Design Space uses the SVG format. I’ve never used a Silhouette, but I’m told one of these will work as a Silhouette file.

These different file types should work in Silhouette Studio, Silhouette Designer Edition, Adobe Illustrator Draw, Sure Cuts a Lot, Corel Draw, and Cricut Design Space.
