Make cute Halloween labels with a Munbyn Bluetooth label printer and the Munbyn app in minutes! Quick and easy custom stickers!
This is a sponsored post on behalf of Munbyn, however, all projects and opinions are my own.
With the holiday season upon us, I have been using my Munbyn thermal shipping label printer to make all sorts of personalized labels and stickers for little treats and gifts!
Munbyn released a cute pumpkin label and of course, I needed to get my hands on them and start printing away.
In my previous post on the sticker printer, I told you all about how to actually use the machine, so for this post, we are going to concentrate more on using the Munbyn print app.
Yes, the label printer has its own app that you can download for free on Windows and iOS for Apple products.
I have the label print app downloaded on both my smartphone and iPad and the Bluetooth label printer connects to both easily (just not at the same time!).

So, let’s walk through how I made these favor bag stickers for Halloween (perfect for holiday parties, student treat bags, or gifts for neighbors!).
Download the FREE app here if you haven’t already. There is no desktop version as of writing this post, but I hear there is one in the works (yay!).
The app makes whipping up personalized labels and stickers super easy! You can scroll through the library of Recommended Labels or the Templates and print any labels that are pre-made.
Or you can edit any of the templates also!
But for this fun DIY label, we are going to design it from scratch from start to finish in the Munbyn app!
Since the pumpkin was a brand new sticker, it wasn’t listed in the Label Section yet, but it was easy to find under the Template tab. FYI…They release a few new labels for each holiday, so this fall label might not always be in stock!
On the template screen, type in Pumpkin in the search bar, and the pumpkin-shaped sticker will pop up.
Then click on the Pumpkin image on the next screen and it will open up in the editing screen.
Once in the Editor, there are a bunch of different buttons on the bottom that you can choose from depending on what you want to make. I started off by clicking on the Text button.
A text box will appear. Double-click on it to add text. I typed in Happy Halloween and scrolled down to pick a font I liked.
I decided I wanted the text to curve at the top of the pumpkin so I clicked on the curved arrow under Character Arrangement and pushed the slider until it fit inside the pumpkin. You will have to play around with the font size. The one thing the app doesn’t have yet is changing the space between letters.
The curve feature moves the letters far apart and I couldn’t find a way to move them closer once it was selected. Hopefully, an option will be available in one of the future updates!
I added another text box to put the “from” sentiment and picked another font.
The app for the Munbyn printers has a ton of sticker images and icons available to use for free! I’ve been clicking on all of them just to see what options they have!
After you click on Icon, there will be a list of images down the left side. If you click on each image, more in the same category will open up!
I clicked on the pumpkin and a bunch of different holiday images popped up and I chose a bat.
Since I am going to be giving food as a treat, I wanted to add allergy icons on the label.
Being a family with allergies who can never eat holiday cookies that we get, because we have no idea what’s in them, I love that Munbyn has a bunch of “Does Not Contain” icons to use.
Once I was happy with everything, I saved my label and then hit the Preview and Print button.
On the Print Preview screen, you can pick the number of stickers you want to print and make sure your Bluetooth sticker maker is connected (or connect by USB cable if your printer is not Bluetooth!).
Printing Halloween Labels
Open the thermal label printer and place the Halloween labels in between the guides and squeeze them until they are holding the label paper in place.
Close the lid and push the green button on the top for the machine to read the labels and calibrate itself.
Push the print button on your device and watch how fast the Halloween stickers are printed. So fun!
Then add your treats or party favors in a bag and the pumpkin labels to the front. Easy Peasy and cute gift!
I also made some labels to boo my neighbors and friends with! You can put the stickers on mugs, tumblers, buckets or whatever you want! I opted for cups!
I added a few K-pods in a coffee cup and then added the personalized labels to the front. You could also fill the cups with candy or add a bunch of stickers inside so that the person can Boo other people!
Perfect little treats or party favors for Halloween or boo gifts for co-workers!
