I have been making my own free printable birthday cards for years now. I first started out using the Hallmark program and would make everyone a printable card for any occasion!
Since I became a Mom, I love getting birthday cards from my kids or even just a handwritten note. Moms love getting a card with a heartfelt message above any other store-bought gift you can give!
But sometimes combing through all the card designs to find the perfect card can take a long time, so I decided to create just three cards for Mom’s birthday to make it easy to pick your favorite!
Note: There is no physical item, just a PDF file of the printable greeting cards to download at the bottom of the post.
How to Use Mom Birthday Cards

Since I know we all like different options, I created three different foldable beautiful cards that you can send to a Mom who is a family member or any mother figure in your life. Once folded, the Mom birthday card will be 5×7 inch.
For best results, I recommend printing the cute birthday cards on a thicker material like card stock if your home printer can handle thick paper. You can find some white cardstock paper on Amazon here.
All three free printable Mom birthday cards are in one PDF file download. Simply print whichever digital download you want.
There is a card with beautiful flowers along the edge with the simple sentiment, Happy Birthday Mom.
For those that don’t have a color printer, I have included a black and white Mom’s birthday card printable.
Then lastly, there is a cute gnome watercolor card that says Happy Birthday. This cute card is perfect for a new mom or any Mom figures in your life to send a special wish to.
Once downloaded and printed, the sweet birthday cards will be printed on one sheet of paper. Simply use scissors or a paper trimmer to cut around the edges.
Then fold the card in half. Use your finger or a bone folder to crease the middle fold.
Then make sure to add your own personal touch to the inside of the card. If your Mom likes funny cards, write a joke or funny Mom quote inside the card along with your own personal message.
Or if your Mom is your best friend, find a beautiful poem to write inside that relates to your relationship along with your birthday wishes.
