Instant download of a fun printable Thanksgiving scavenger hunt. Kids of all ages will have so much fun hunting for the items on the list on Thanksgiving Day!
It’s that time of year when you can’t believe how many holidays are coming up and the stress might be setting in! I’m here to make your life easier!
Today I have an all new free printable Thanksgiving scavenger hunt. I think this Thanksgiving game is a fun activity for the whole family.
Nothing like a little competitive spirit after a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner! Entice the older children to join in by giving out some small prizes!
It’s also a fun way to get young kids and even older kids to enjoy what’s around them and see things they might not normally notice during the chaos of the Thanksgiving holiday.
You can even add this fun Thanksgiving scavenger hunt to a You’ve Been Gobbled buckets as a fun activity for your neighbors and friends! Even a neighborhood Thanksgiving scavenger hunt would be a great way to get more involved.

Simply download the free printable scavenger hunts below and print one or both on any computer. I have provided two different versions since I wanted the entire family to be able to play!
One printable has a list of Thanksgiving items to find next to checkboxes.
The second Thanksgiving scavenger hunt game has pictures of the items next to the words so younger kids will be able to play easily!
If you have a large group, divide all the guests into small groups and give each group a copy of the printable Thanksgiving hunt. Set a time limit and boundaries on how far they are allowed to go.
They will need to find different Thanksgiving items such as a pumpkin, turkey, football game, pile of leaves, scarecrow, acorn, and more!
You can run the Thanksgiving activity in a few different ways. The family members can find the items in photos, on the Thanksgiving dinner table, on the neighbor’s front door decorations, on cups, etc.
The more creative they get, the more items they’ll find and boxes they will check off.
Or for extra fun, you can make it a Thanksgiving photo scavenger hunt.
Each person or one person in the group (if doing groups) can take a picture of the Thanksgiving-themed objects on the list and share it with the rest of the family members or friends once they are finished or the allotted time has run out.
