I can’t believe Valentine’s Day is coming up! I’ve been working on a lot of new free Valentine’s printables for you and up next is a super fun game that is perfect for family game night or a Valentine’s Day party!

So today we have the classic game of Charades.
Charades is a great thing to play with large groups that never gets old, and it’s a fun way to get everyone laughing and enjoying family and friend time together.
It’s an easy game to play and a great way to get older and younger children involved! And the best thing about it? The printable game is totally free!

How to Play Valentine’s Charades Game

There are three printable sheets in the PDF file. The first two pages contain 24 different Valentine’s Day charade cards to cut and use and the second is a sheet of blank cards so you can write in any charade words you want!
This love themed version of charades is a simple game but it will also ensure that everyone will have so much fun acting out and guessing.
To get started, simply download the Valentine’s Day charades and print them out on some cardstock or copy paper.
Then, cut out the different cards along the lines with scissors or a paper trimmer. You’ll want to mix the colorful cards up to ensure the game is challenging and unpredictable.
Once you’re ready to play, divide your guests into small groups for equal teams. Then have each team member take turns acting out the different words on the Valentines charade cards while the rest of the team guesses.
Make sure to set the rules that will work for your group before the game starts. Like no talking or humming or singing when acting out the Valentines Day charades words, whatever you want!
Keep score of the number of words each team gets correct within a specified time limit (a minute is usually good). It’s that simple! You can do one round for each team or more, depending on which is the best way for you and your family members.
Try to keep the opposing team quiet so they don’t help the other team, lol! Sometimes that’s hard when everyone is having a lot of fun at holiday parties!
At the end of the game, the team with the most points wins the holiday game!
