With Easter coming up, I have been inspired to make some beautiful Easter cards for you to celebrate the true meaning of the special holiday.

For us Christians, Easter Sunday is the most important holiday of the year because it celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Our faith would not exist without Jesus dying on the cross and being resurrected.

I have a bunch of other cute Easter printables on the blog with secular images of an Easter basket or Easter chick, but today I have simple yet elegant cards to send out for Easter Day.

The cards are a great way to spread Easter blessings to family members and friends during this special time of year!

There is no physical product to order, just a digital download of the PDF file at the bottom of the page.

How to Use Printable Easter Cards

Once you’ve downloaded the Easter templates below, you can print them out on a home printer. And for best results, I recommend printing your own Easter cards in color.

To make them a bit sturdier like true cards, I also recommend printing on white cardstock or a nice paper like presentation paper or brochure paper.

The folder Easter cards are sized to 5×7 inches. There will be a black rectangle that represents the edges of the card.

For the straightest lines, use a paper trimmer and cut around all four sides, either right inside the black line or right outside.

Then fold the card in half and crease the edge with your fingers or a bone folder.

Your cute Easter cards are all ready to write something on the inside of the card and then send out for the upcoming Easter holiday.

I love John 3:16 and added that one to the Easter card design with the three crosses, but you could write any Easter messages inside the card or add another bible verse.

Then the second of the Christian Easter cards has a beautiful Easter cross with spring flowers and the sentiment Easter Blessings on top.

I really can’t decide which of the free printable cards is my favorite card… I love them all!

And then the last of the free religious Easter cards is a simple and to-the-point “He is Risen” on the front. I was pretty proud of myself for figuring out how to make the wording in gold so that it really stands out, lol!

There’s no fancy foiling technique on this printable Christian Easter card, it’s just printed on my home printer on brochure paper.

These cards would also be perfect for a you’ve been egged basket with Easter eggs and Easter goodies to church friends or even as a card to ladies in your bible study or small group!

You could also print a few of the Happy Easter cards and give as a gift (along with our printable tags) to friends so they have their own cards to give out to the special people in their lives.
